SHIPMENTS MUST BE CHECKED AT MOMENT OF ARRIVAL AND CLAIMS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 24HRS, NO CLAIMS ACCEPTED AFTER THAT.

1.- The Shades vary from one manufactured lot to another; make sure you purchase all the material at the same time. We are not responsible for the shade variations from one lot to another. Make sure the tiles and shades are consistent through the batch. We will not accept any claims for replacement, repair or reimbursement once the tiles have been laid.**

2.- For better results in installing , please follow the arrow, that you will find in the back of each piece.

3.- All Returns will be charged with a 25% restocking fee, plus freight charges. CREDIT ONLY. Credits are valid for use within six months of the date the credit memo was issued. Special orders are non-returnable. Returned merchandise must be unused and have original packaging intact. We cannot assume responsibility for return fees or problems in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable if applicable.

Classes of Tone Variation

V1 – UNIFORM: Differences among pieces from the same production are minimal.

V2 – SLIGHT VARIATION: Clearly distinguishable differences in texture and / or pattern within similar colors.

V3 – MODERATE VARIATION: The colors present in one piece will be part of the colors present in the other parts, and the amount of colors on each piece may vary significantly.

V4 – SUBSTANTIAL VARIATION: Random color differences from tile to tile, so that a piece may have totally different colors from each other.
